By downloading, installing, or using Neptunify ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Neptunify is a lunar wellness application that provides moon phase tracking, affirmations, rune readings, guided meditations, and spiritual content. The app is provided for informational and entertainment purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or spiritual advice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Neptunify only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• ◆ Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app
• ◆ Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app's systems or networks
• ◆ Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
• ◆ Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the app's content

4. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Neptunify offers optional premium content through in-app purchases and subscriptions, processed entirely through Apple's App Store. By making a purchase, you also agree to Apple's Terms and Conditions.

• ◆ Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• ◆ You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
• ◆ Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy
• ◆ Prices are in USD and may vary by region

5. Intellectual Property

All content within Neptunify — including but not limited to text, graphics, audio, designs, and code — is the property of Neptunify and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Neptunify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app's accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neptunify and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
